I accidentally had my glasses shipped to the wrong place.

I’m still waiting on my cash back. I ordered a pair of designer frames and they never showed up. Just can’t get my refund! UPS claims they delivered them three times, but I was at work each time.

I got myself a pair of Ray Bans, and they shipped 'em overnight. They turned out even better than I thought. I'll surely return for more!!!!!

I really appreciated the lovely packaging of the eyeglasses, but I wasn't too happy about how long it took to arrive.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!! I ordered a pair of Dita Mach 1 and Dita Mach 6 for $1750.00 (which is the same price on the official Dita website), but I never got any updates on my glasses after two weeks. I called them up, and when the lady picked up, she was just like, 'Hello...' instead of being professional. She mentioned there was an investigation regarding my order due to shipping issues. About an hour later, everything was updated on the USPS site and the shop app, showing it was delivered. When I tried to call back, they didn’t pick up... I called around 20 times! The next day, the package finally arrived, but only one item was in the box... Dita Mach 1, and they labeled it as $400.00 when these glasses are actually $750.00. I opened the box, and the Mach 6 was nowhere to be found ($1000.00 glasses), and after checking, I realized they were fake! The card inside the box had daddyshades.com on it. So, I ended up paying $1750.00 for one pair of counterfeit glasses. When I tried calling again, no one answered! I filed a claim with my bank, and they’re looking into it. Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If I could share all the photos, I would!
